I primarily made this for Rodeburg by @aondaneedles , so sims could skill and chill out at the same time. It’s a 2x2 community lot! The outside has a basketball court and a footy goal. The inside has chess sets, easels, computers, bookshelves, a Don’t Wake the Llama table, and the Myshuno? bingo game of sorts. There are bathrooms and a coffee machine, plus a mini fridge for your sims’ other needs! The aesthetic primarily matches Rodeburg, but I think you can place this in any neighbourhood since the design isn’t outlandish or anything :P I would highly recommend using the comm-skilling mod by MATY so you can fully utilise this lot.
